Abdelrhman Yahia is a Managing Associate in the Capital Market Procedures department. He has over five years of experience advising on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and capital markets matters, and has previously worked with top-tier law firms in Egypt.

Mr. Yahia has substantial experience in corporate governance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial matters. His practice includes advising on company incorporation, restructuring and liquidation, employment and labor matters, drafting and reviewing a wide range of agreements, and providing ongoing corporate and regulatory advice. He has also been actively involved in due diligence processes and M&A transactions, as well as the preparation, review, and ratification of corporate meetings and resolutions.

Mr. Yahia is highly experienced in dealing directly with governmental and regulatory authorities, including the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI), the Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR), the General Organization for Export and Import Control (GOEIC), the National Organization for Social Insurance (NOSI), the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), the Industrial Development Authority (IDA), the Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA), the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA), and other relevant authorities. His strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex regulatory procedures enable him to efficiently navigate transactions and regulatory processes on behalf of clients.

 Abdelrhman earned his Bachelor of Laws degree in 2013 from the Faculty of Law, Cairo University (Arabic Section).
