Ahmed Reda is an Associate in the firm’s Procedures Department, where he plays a key role in managing regulatory and governmental matters. His practice focuses on representing clients before a range of regulatory authorities, including the Financial Regulatory Authority and the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, in addition to liaising with various governmental bodies to ensure efficient and compliant proceedings.

Ahmed is particularly valued for his strategic, big-picture approach. He is adept at coordinating complex interactions between clients, the firm, and governmental entities, ensuring that procedures progress smoothly while maintaining strict regulatory compliance. Through his hands-on experience, he has developed a strong understanding of the regulatory framework and is consistently recognized for delivering practical, well-rounded solutions tailored to clients’ needs.

Prior to joining the firm, Ahmed built solid experience advising on commercial transactions and general corporate matters. He has represented a diverse range of clients in corporate and regulatory affairs, including dealings with both governmental and non-governmental authorities. His professional background includes working with top-tier law firms, where he gained exposure to multiple practice areas and strengthened his legal expertise.

 Ahmed holds an LLB from Ain Shams University in 2017.
