Khaled Hesham Ragab is a Capital Markets Expert at Dreny & Partners, specialising in capital markets, corporate finance, and financial regulatory matters. Before joining Dreny & Partners, Khaled served as a Corporate Finance Specialist at the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA). During his tenure, he was responsible for reviewing and regulating a wide range of capital markets transactions, including capital increases and reductions, mergers and acquisitions, listed-company disclosures, corporate bond and securitisation issuances, sustainability bonds, and sukuk offerings. This experience provided him with in-depth knowledge of the regulatory processes governing Egypt’s capital markets and a strong understanding of the practical considerations involved in executing complex transactions.

Earlier in his career, Khaled worked as an Economic Researcher at the Egyptian Center for Strategic Studies, where he developed valuable experience in economic analysis, policy research, and the assessment of financial and economic developments.

Khaled holds a Master of Business Administration in Financial Markets and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science. His academic background, regulatory experience, and capital markets expertise enable him to provide well-informed and commercially focused support on sophisticated financial and corporate matters.
