Loay Khaled is a Managing Associate in the Capital Markets Department at Dreny & Partners. He graduated from the British University in Egypt in 2020 and began his legal career in 2021 at the Cairo office of White & Case, where he worked until 2023. During his tenure, he focused on general corporate law and corporate governance, gaining extensive experience in advising clients on regulatory compliance, corporate structuring, and day-to-day corporate matters.

In 2023, Loay joined ALC’s Capital Markets team, where he advised on several significant transactions. His experience included six securitisation issuances, one sukuk issuance, and an acquisition involving non-banking financial institutions. His role encompassed legal drafting, due diligence, transaction structuring, and coordinating the execution of transaction documents.

Loay joined Dreny & Partners in 2026, further strengthening the firm’s Capital Markets practice. Since joining, he has contributed to three securitisation issuances and one corporate bond issuance, assisting with the preparation and review of transaction documents, legal due diligence, regulatory requirements, and transaction execution. His combined experience in corporate and capital markets law enables him to provide practical and commercially focused legal support throughout all stages of complex transactions.
