Mohamed Metwally is a Junior Associate in the Corporate Department. He brings valuable experience gained through multiple internships at the firm, during which he developed a strong foundation in corporate and financial matters. His work included conducting legal research and participating in due diligence, providing him with practical exposure to transactions within the corporate and financial markets.

Prior to joining the firm, Mohamed conducted extensive legal research during his internship at the Egyptian Center for Economic Studies, where he focused on complex economic and regulatory issues. He also gained hands-on experience in document preparation, contract drafting, and intellectual property matters through legal training at various law firms.

 Mohamed holds an LL.B. (English Section) from Cairo University, in 2025.
