Nagy Ebeid is a Managing Associate in the Capital Market Procedures department since the firm’s establishment in 2018. He is considered to be one of the main pillars of the procedures team. Mr. Ebeid has a wealth of experience in a variety of corporate and legal matters, including incorporation of companies, issuance of securitization bonds, listing of companies on the MCDR and the EGX, and the representation of corporations in proceedings before the Financial Regulatory Authority, the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, and other governmental authorities. Mr. Ebeid is highly knowledgeable in various aspects of the law and is often recognized for his ability to seamlessly coordinate the operations and procedures of the firm with any relevant governmental authority. Furthermore, his excellent reputation and relations built with all governmental authorities, most notably the FRA, has helped the firm stand in good stead whilst in the process of finalizing any transaction.

Nagy earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law and Shariaa, Arabic section, from Azhar University. Additionally, Mr. Ebeid received his master's degree in 2017 from the Faculty of Law at Ain Shams University.

  • Vodacom's acquisition of 55% stake in Vodafone Egypt with an amount €2.5 billion.

  • Drive Finance and Non-Banking Services Co. securitization transaction amounting to EGP 649.5 million.

  • Bedaya Mortgage Securitization transaction amounting to EGP 958 million from a multi-issuance program with an amount of 3 billion.

  • New Urban Community Authority (NUCA) securitization transaction amounting to EGP 20 billion.

  • GB Lease and Factoring securitization transaction amounting to EGP 1.661 billion, the first program and seventh overall issue worth EGP 1.661 billion backed by a receivables’ portfolio of EGP 2.379 billion.

  • Al Taamir Leasing and Factoring (Al Oula) 1st securitization transaction for their leasing portfolio amounting to EGP 1.1 billion, from a multi-issuance program with an amount of EGP 5 billion. 

  • Talaat Mostafa Group on its securitization transactions, for a value of EGP 1,170 billion.
