Rania Omran is a dedicated and experienced professional with over a decade of expertise in providing high-level administrative and secretarial support. Her exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism make her an invaluable asset to any team. For the past ten years, Rania has been the Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner, in this role, she provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, ensuring the seamless management of day-to-day activities, and addressing and resolving sensitive and complex situations in an objective and effective manner.
In addition to her role as a Personal Assistant, Rania has recently been appointed as the Human Resources Manager for the firm, overseeing recruitment processes and onboarding new employees, managing employee relations and ensuring a positive workplace environment, in addition to ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Before joining Dreny & Partners, Rania served as a Supervisor at the British Council. Her duties involved, ensuring the smooth administration of tests and examinations, providing excellent customer service to candidates and stakeholders, maintaining strict security protocols and administering exams according to prescribed standards, supervising exam invigilators and ensuring they met all test day duties and requirements. Overseeing the examination process and resolving any issues that arose.
Omran obtained her DPS Secretarial Diploma from the American University in Cairo.
