Khaled Hammam
Junior Associate

Khaled Hammam is a Junior Associate in the Litigation department. He has a wealth of knowledge in dispute resolution and general corporate matters, particularly in civil and commercial disputes. In addition to incorporating companies and amending their regulations before the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, he also has experience drafting and reviewing contracts.

Prior to joining our firm, Khaled gained practical experience in international arbitration, contributing to complex cases under the rules of leading institutions such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA). His practice is further bolstered by a strong foundation in legal drafting, where he meticulously reviews and prepares contracts and legal memoranda.

Khaled holds an LLB from the Faculty of Law, English Section, at Ain Shams University (2023) and has further specialized with a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb) in 2024.
